What are the selling rules for ML?
 

I am probably asking something rather dumb to most of you or has been posted and i can't seem to find in a search. What are the rules in selling or tradeing someone a muzzle loader? I can buy one from mail order Cabela's with just a signiture. Any problems i should know about other that a couple states maybe not allowing it? Enlighten me please or direct me to where i should look it up, thanks guys

You can mail them thru the post office. Don't know what states won't allow it but you can find out by going to the cabelas or bass pro web site and look under muzzleloaders. There is no ffl required for them. They are not considered firearms under federal regulations.
