hello I am curious, why did you say ship to your local dealer for the muzzloader ? I also am a ffl holder here in az, and have done transfers on actual guns. it is my understanding that muzzleloaders do NOT have to be shipped to a gun store for transfer, is that wrong ?

Any muzzleloader (like the Encore and Knight KPI) that has capabilities to become a rifle or pistol with additional barrels has to go through a FFL dealer and all the background checks as normal. That is the way the law is written.
