Why is it that every Tom, Dick, and Harry wants to get on camera shooting an animal? Nice buck, but this whole idea of people having to video kill shots for youtube is really starting to get disgusting, especially a close up of the buck struggling and taking his last breath! Yes, that is the reality of hunting, but am I the only one that feels this way?

Top I think it is because so many can't separate the real world from video games so they're trying to turn an honorable pastime like hunting into a game to be recorded, edited, played back etc... I want to remember my game the way I see it in the field. My days of trophies, and I consider videos to be trophies, are long gone. A simple photo is all I require or want.

Top and Flags, it is all about look at me, look at me. The so called hunting experts on TV have helped this nonsense along. I don't like to watch an animal die after I shoot it, that is part of hunting but if you like to see it you are demented! it, I don't open the video posts of someone else's kill.

I don't open them either. I have the memory of my 2 does taken this year in my mind. That's where I want them.

That right there tells me you're not hunting for any of the right reasons and I'll leave it at that!

I agree with Flags, Topgun and Oldtimr. Not a fan of this or most of the crap they put on hunting shows. All about look at me and no respect for the sport or the game we pursue! Most of these guys act like some kinda of hero ,its not like the deer is shooting back.
