Good land coming out of CRP or land that is already in production, dosen't matter. Not interested in small food plots, 40 acres on up. If you have a large amount may be interested if farther away. Have several out of state deerhunter landlords, all of them are happy to have food growing and getting income off their land. Price in this area runs from $75ac for moderate ground up to $150ac for the good stuff, depends on the quality and deer pressure.
