Have to sell.......

my buddy at work has this property, and unfortunatly due to his wife getting cancer, they have to sell it, It's located about 6 miles south of the Iowa boarder in Mo. Take a look and if your interested, there is a link to the realitor on his page.

I wish I had some extra lute laying around, I wouldn't mind having a cabin out there.

Any idea what the yearlytaxes are?

Greg said they were around $400. thats pretty cheap if you ask me.
