Desert Rat Outdoor Marketing and Media Services
I'm a Freelance Writer and Editor. I have been writing outdoor columns since High School. I am a former Asst Editor of the Arizona Outdoorsman magazine. I'd love to help your Company with their writing or editorial needs. Nothing tarnishes a nice website or brochure like poor sentence structure or words spelled incorrectly. Reasonable rates. Cash is always nice, but there is more than one way to skin a cat.. may work in exchange for products or services...
For example, I have also worked out arrangements with companies where I write or edit in exchange for product. A win/win for sure. I see typos and/or funky writing on most websites I visit, or brochures that I read. For most people, it doesn't occur to them to have a writer help out, nor is it cost-effective to outsource it. It's a shame when a Company is trying to market an obviously great idea or product, only to have it tarnished with poor presentation. I am always willing to talk with charities that need some help too - I'll almost certainly volunteer some services for worthy causes.
If you want - have me look over your site or draft write-up... no obligation. If I don't think you need me, I'll tell you :-)

C'mon folks - there are a lot of small to mid-sized companies around that could use some writing or editing done. I'm happy to send samples. Can work for product or very reasonable rates. Ghost writing OK. I write because I enjoy it. I have a good marketing sense, and a technical background too - I can spice up your ad copy, proof your web content, write your press releases.. whatever.
Take the Desert Rat challenge - have me look over your site or article - if I think I can improve it, I'll write something up. If you don't need me, I'll tell you
