Here is a place to look at Ohio SE public land .
Just about any of the SE and S Ohio public lands have turkeys take your pick.

Try both Jackson and Gallia county. Both counties are located in the southeastern part of the state. Both of these counties are well populated with Turkeys. Also, each county hosts a couple of public hunting areas. Good luck!

Dillon wildlife area!!!
There are tons of turkey's in this area. My g/f is in the parks and recs classes and was just out there and watched two jakes and about 4 toms all puffed out struting around out there. She literally said there was turkey's everywhere.

Be careful of your hunting methods in Ohio for these birds!!!
I watched the vid's for the new guillotine broad heads. I do not think they are leagal here!!!
I remember reading that the head has to be attached to the bird in the rules and regs book!
