Default what is the going rate for lease land in WI

Can anyone telling me the going rate for lease land per acre? Also is it just for wooded huntable acreage?
I have a guy that wants to lease his lland out and was wondering what it should cost.
Thanks for any help.

Default RE: what is the going rate for lease land in WI

Last year I paid $18 per acre for land in SW Wisconsin. I did a little checking around and that was about average for where I looked. The land I had was virtually all woods, but the rate was about the same whether it was wooded land or agricultural fields.

Hope this helps.
