RE: South Dakota, you ready?!?!?!
good luck blazer! hope you see some elk. i've hunted the hills for 20 some years. i live in n.e. pennsylvania but have traveled to dakota in search of the elusive whitetail. i have seen elk time and time again in the hills. was 80 yards from two 5x5's last year. lots of elk between piedmont and sturgis. see them from inter. 90 all the time. one of my best friends is from spearfish but lives in piedmont now. you might know each other. who knows. we also hunt st. onge area every year. i love s. dakota. it's my second home. some day i will live there. maybe then i could draw an elk tag? ha-ha! GOOD LUCK HUNTING! p.s. country kitchen(spearfish) has the best breakfast in america.

RE: South Dakota, you ready?!?!?!
Not quite...
I hung up the Pro-38 in favor of a new Patriot but I held off on ordering the Pat as long as possible - to force me into waiting on early deer season - I don't want to run out & fill my tags - I want to savor the fall... The new bow is in, as are all my accessories - now I'm itching again! Hope you guys out West have a great season - I'll try to keep the wraps on all the ERA's. Aim small miss small |
