Anyone been seeing any good deer movement this past week. I have seen very little in terms of movement in this rain. 3 deer total in th past week. Im hunting public ground in vermillion county. I think were in the october lull if there is such a thing. Its supposed to cool down this weekend so hopefully they will move. Lets keep each other posted in the east central illinois area.:)

I'm seeing deer movement like clockwork from about 6am to 8am, bedding down until 10 or so - disappear - then back out and about from 5:30pm on.

We should be in some good pre-rut this time next week - hopefully :D

have taken one doe and seen about another 30 or so not a buck sighting to date will get back out maybe tommorrow afternnon

Im heading out this evening. went out in the rain yesterday and didn't see nothing.
