Can a NR still apply for a shotgun permit at this time?? I tried hard but failed to get through on the phone to buy my Archery tags Sat..:(

im pretty sure you can for shotgun or muzzleloader for shotgun it would have to be the second drawing. but u better hurry!! good luck:D

Johnson County. Around Vienna (actually it is technically, by mail address, Vienna) but actually more like Cypress. We can see the Cypress water tower from the various properties.

If any of you guys are down around Cypress you've got to visit the Chuck Wagon for an absolutely unbelievable steak for under $10. The woman Sue who runs the place is great as is all the food! It is in "downtown" Cypress, 1 block east of 37 kinda behind the gas station/quick mart by Greene Equipment. We hit it most everyday during both shotgun seasons.

I hunt in Union county west of Cypress so make sure you are really loud and chase the big ones our way!:D

I checked for mine online and nothing showed up, but the payment went through on my check card online so I should be good. I'm not too worried about it.

I'll be in Stephenson county both seasons. Unless of course I only get a second season tag.
