Did you have a late period for turks? Thought all you land barrons had first prefference![&:]

RE: Fawns have dropped

Yes us barrens have it made got two tags again this year ,but I only made it out once during my first pick. Kind of sucks when you are so close to them birds all year round and when it comes time to hunt them something always seems to come up. This year I just could't get away from the cows. We are short a milker this year, but thats no excuse I guess three outings should have been enough to score at least once. But oh well guess Ill just save up my luck for a big buck.;)
P.S. Per the new proposal at the game hearings this spring I will lose my chance at two turkey tags in the spring because the DNR wants to sell the extra tags [:'(] so they will be taking the one small perk that us landowners have. Shure would be nice if they made the seasons last 7 instead of 5 days
