IL residense, is your foid card signed ?
Someone on another forum pointed out that our foid cards are to be signed. Otherwise it is invalid and carries a $75 fine. Look at the right side of your card on the edge and you can see the place. I have had mine for 4 years and never noticed.
Im about due for a new one now.
