IL residense, is your foid card signed ?
 

Someone on another forum pointed out that our foid cards are to be signed. Otherwise it is invalid and carries a $75 fine. Look at the right side of your card on the edge and you can see the place. I have had mine for 4 years and never noticed.:) Im about due for a new one now.

Just got a new one this summer, and a friend told me about signing.

Mine is signed, but I am almost certain they copied my signature to it before they lamintated it.
