I went out all weekend and Monday , blind and still hunting , didn' t see a single deer . Lots of rubs and tracks , but no deer . I also noted that the level of gunfire was severely reduced compared to previous seasons , very strange . I stayed out all day except for Saturday . My guess would be that they were in their bedrooms busy making little deer , next weekend should be better as the rut is winding down .
