I'll be down your way the 5th season of Turkey season. Was just drawn the other day. One of my deputy buddies hunts and guides down your way in Pulaski and Johnson Co.

Live Clinton/St.Clair Co. area. Hunt Clinton,St. Clair, Bond, Pike, Jefferson, Marion and now Pulaski Co.

I live in Oswego. I'm new to hunting and am looking for as much advice as I can get. I have 3 sons that are learning with me.
Actually, new to Oswego as well, so I don't know anybody. If anyone out here is willing, I am looking to meet some hunters that are willing to teach a newbie the ropes.
I don't know the area, so have no clue where to go.

My advise would be public land. Also, when applying for a permit, public land uses special codes. You can't use the general county codes as these are for private land only. I already made that mistake lol.
