North Dakota goose hunt
 

I am planning a goose hunt for North Dakota in the next couple of weeks. What would be a better time to go? Last week of October or the third or fourth week of November. Planning to go in the area north of Bismark. I'm sure the big waters won't be froze over then but will they decoy if the ground is covered with snow? This 80 degree weather probably can't be too good ???????????? Any advice welcome.
