Got reports of over 200 found last weekend in the sandy soil areas of the Wabash River in Palestine. Also heard of a few found south of Robinson. I think this weekend it will be just about right. I have to go to Tampa this weekend and then I get back in Monday afternoon and then I'm heading to Robinson for a week of shrooming, fishing, and Turkey hunting. Should be a good week. Checked the 10 day and it looks like sun and 70's for all 10 days.

Tampa? You serious right now? When the crappie are biting and the shrooms are poppin' up? haha

Have a safe trip and have fun with that vacation.

For those who are not familiar with it, here is a very cool website www.morelmania.com

The whole site is cool, but pay particular attention to the sightings tab to see what's going on around the country.

thanks to yesterdays rain, the yellows are here. i found a nice 6 inch one yesterday in a spot that hasn't produced any for 5 yrs. that spot used to be the motherload spot. i'm hoping that this is a sign that they'll start growing there again.
