season just ended here so we will shoot some coyotes and then get at it with the sheds

Earliest find was on January 29. Both sides of a 150 inch 8 pt. That was pure luck. Nothing since. Still seeing younger bucks with both sides. Trying to stay out of the area until I know most have dropped.

Its too tough when the snow is one the ground. That first warm day that gets most of the white stuff off the ground is a great day to hit the Forest Preserves around here. My luck wasn't good last year but Im hoping to change that this year. I really like it to be that first nice sunny 40 degree day.

I got out this past weekend and on Valentines day I found a nice 2.5 year old 4 point side. Most of the bucks here in Wisconsin are still carrying both sides and this shed still had some fresh blood on the base of it. Found it in a bedding area about 50 yards off a stadning cornfield. This is my biggest shed yet.

i was hopin for our snow to almost b gone by this weekend and i was guna hit it hard but sounds like im guna get another round of powder instead . starting to go crazy

we are supposed to get more snow tonight but they way the temperature is it looks like it will be rain. if so ill probably be looking this weekend
