cancelling the doe hunt??
 

i was talking with my uncle tonight and he said the dnr were getting together tomorrow night and are going to talk about cancelling the late season doe hunt this weekend. i'm just wondering if any of you guys heard the same thing or not

why would they do that? It was a bad year in terms of numbers so they almost have to have this season (Im assuming your talking about Jan) to get some more deer harvested...if you could and this is in fact true, post a link i would want to see it

I think its getting too late for them to cancel it now. I believe they have to give hunters a min. of 1 week notice of any cancelations of hunts. I may be wrong though.

No they wont be cancelling the doe season unfortunatly tony.
They have cancelled the proposed 16 day gun season for next year
