Dream come true?
 

Looks like our deal just may come through. My wife and I have been looking for a good size rec land to purchase and I just found this 26 acre tract. About half of the price we have been seeing. We are keeping our fingers crossed until the owner(s) come back from thier honeymoon.

Saw 2 fawns there Friday when I was showing the place to my Dad, that shows some promise.

Thank you both for the wishes, things are looking good so far. We have to get a lawyer or realestate agent to handle our paperwork and I need to get a title search. Still crossing our fingers.

Update...

We got it. Deer, Turkey, doves and more! Now I just have to clear some of the brush and brambel from the tree harvest two years ago. YeeHaww!:D
