Seeking a partner in Macoupin Co, Illinois
Looking for a partner wishing to purchase partial ownership of 100 acres in central Macoupin County, Illinois.
I currently own 100 acres MOL located approximately four miles southwest of Carlinville, Illinois. I am seeking a highly motivated individual wanting to purchase a 50% undivided interest in the property. A mixture of hardwood ridges, large draws, CRP fields, food plots, large creek, and row crops cover the ground. The property is and has been extensively managed for large bucks. I need someone who is energetic and willing to contribute both sweat equity and money into bringing this parcel to its full potential.
Activities will include mowing, path clearing, food plots, stand preparation, etc. With that will come the opportunity to hunt for large south central Illinois bucks, numerous does, turkeys, and the satisfaction of owning your own piece of paradise. I have initiated these activities, but due to commitments and time constraints, I cannot handle everything that needs done and bring the property to its maximum potential on my own.
I prefer someone who is somewhat local. I will provide harvest photos, trail cam photos, and aerial photographs for serious inquiries only.
