just wondering who all is goin out its only two days but im being opportunistic and headin out post ur stories here and good luck to all heading out.

i went out sat. and all i seen were squirrels. the ice storm we got isnt helping. gonna go out this afternoon. hope to at least see a deer!

Lesson learned, Trailbreaker...It's stated pretty clearly in the laws, and most wouldn't think of heading out during a gun season in Ohio without orange.

I bet the -15 wind chill kept some out of the woods.

thought id sneak out to one of my bowstands yesterday only to fin 11-12 guys drivin the woods ! oh well the owner leaves it all to me until gun season so i cant complain. nice to see some guys with there kids out there atleast. think they harvested 2 does

Headed out Friday nite from PA to hunt fri and sat on public land and what a shocker. After hunting in archery and seeing very few guys to this weekend was totally amazing. We saw guys everywhere and only 4 deer between 4 of us. We were the only guys parked at the one spot we archery hunt when we headed in the woods and when we came out there were 6 trucks parked. If I wouldn't know what I saw as far as deer in archery season I wouldn't be in a hurry to go back out but the first weekend of archery can't come fast enough for me again!!
