Michael Waddell hunted with us last year....haha.

I tell you when I hear some celeb hunted somewhere....it almost makes me run...I could care less who has or hasn't hunted with an outfit, furthermore am I suppose to be excited I might get to meet a celeb in deer camp? If someone is selling a hunt because a celeb hunts there....no thanks.

Also the most important of all the things to do...call/check references, was the 1 thing she didn't do!

I'm not sure about other states but a rut hunt 5 day bow....doesn't cost $1350 here, it costs $2500. Maybe thats a difference of states....but time and time again I run into people trying to save a buck getting screwed...while there may be some deals out there....usually a deal in hunting is a fair priced hunt, not a steal.

No one wants to get screwed over, but thisshe'slucky her lesson only cost$1350, and not $5,000 or 10,000 for some other trophy hunt...

Sounds like my first big hunt in canada. If a outfitter tells me some high flyer has hunted with them, I shy away. You know they are going to get the cream and you get what is left over if anything. There good outfitters out there but finding them is the problem. Just a sad fact.
