Rory/Mo, I see that you are located in St. Louis. I am as well. Is Jefferson Co the only county you hunt in?

I killed a 6 pointer in Nebraska. A 9 pointer in Missouri, both with my bow. I killed an 8 pointer in Missouri and 2 does with my gun.

I'm really amazed at the lack of MO hunters replies.
Seems we had a down year according to the MDC.
I did manage to take a nice 11pt with my bow.
Not quite as big as I'd liked him to be, but after having two heart attacks
in six weeks, I was glad to be able to get out...

I use a free program called irfanview to resize pics.

Open the pic, edit > resize, make it 1024x768 or 800x600 if posting multiples and then save them.

I've shot 3does so far this year.
Passed on two different bucks in the 120's that would have been easy shots but trying to do some management in our area.

i hunt nw mo (nadaway county)i have yet to she a buck worth looking at twice.

the group (5 guys)i hunt with killed 17 does no bucks (rifle&bow). its been a slow year

Sorry, I missed this. No I hunt Jefferson county ( where I live) only when I don't have time for anywhere else. I mostly hunt Butler, Stoddard, Montgomery, and Franklin.
