deer hunting Iowa

Anyone know the odds of drawing an archery tag or shotgun tag for Iowa or have a line on an outfitter or land to lease?

Right now it is about three years before you draw a license for archery. If you want to go Muzzleloader hunting you can get your license the first year.

Just puting my two cents in, I know of two individuals that got their Iowa Archery Tag on first try this year, and 1 from last year. This would be for one of the Northern Zones so perhaps the demand is not as great as the southern Zones. Overall their is good quality trophies found throughout the state. Just a little denser population in the southern Counties.
