drove up to our property in baldwin last week and counted 8 bait shops selling carrots between grand rapids and newaygo, not to mention 2 guys filling the entire bed of their trucks with carrot bags, must not be slowing people down too much.

Rob, I am ashamed of you! I am sure that those guys are going to the U.P. to use those carrots! And I'm sure they will only put out 2 gallons of it! Maybe they will cook the rest! Stew; carrot cake; the possibilities are endless!

Sorry, i forgot it was still legal up there, im sure thats where they were taking them, i talked to one guy at one of the shops and he said that a lot more people are buying carrots for their horses this year, it seems like the horses are really craving those carrots.

Yah let's help a state that can't even help themselves. What's even more moranic is that Michigan bidded out the highway mowing and let a company out of Indiana win the bid!
Way to support your own in state companies.

When isthe next election?

I know stikbow was being pretty funny. Do they pay for someone to walk around the woods.

That's classic. Though I have to side with them, I have been getting bait in Southern Lower MI for when we go to the UP for a week in OCT and a week in NOV.

if people are still gonna buy bait they are still gonna sell it, they just want to make some money. kinda like when you buy illegal fireworks and have to sign something saying that you are going to use them out of state when everyone knows that you're not going to.
