NR Illinois archery permits

I understand that left over NR archerypermits will go on sale August 12th. Did that DNR post give a time that would happen or is it Midnight the 12th? I want to make sure I can hit the site as soon as allowed. Home obligations prevented me from applying inJune but now I might make the trip afterall.

If it is like the last few years it is 0800 hrs Illinois time!! Normal bussiness hrs.. Walt

stikbow is correct 8am Illinois time. Advice to you: Do it on the computer I had a very hard time last year on the phone, my friend had to enter all the information for me on the computer as I was working that day and didn't have a computer to use

dmax, where will you be hunting, and if your going with a outfitter, which one?
