Those folks are Nazis. Two minutes on the phone with them to try and fix a problem that isnt even your fault, and you are suddenly fanatasizing about paying them a McVaigh type visit.[:@]

Been there done that.I'm not justifying not paying child support, but when you get behind the snowball grows to a avalanche real quick. When I got my kids back I didn't get anything fromher. And didn't want them people knowing my name. Now I'm done with that crap.Thank God

They tried to come after my bank account over money that i had actually paid. But the dumbasses sent me a letter about it first, so the money disappeared real quick. I told the guy that called me about it that one of these days they are gonna piss off the wrong redneck with nothing to lose and it is a gonna be a bad day in Dodge City for 'em.

I have paid for over 8 years now every week right out my paycheck. Now my girlfriends ex who she has kids with
does not pay but the bare min. every couple of months when they tell him to pay or go to jail. I got layed off and got two months behind and the told me to pay the full amount or I was going to jail. WTF. This dill weed is 10,000
grand behide and gets away with it all the time. they seem to enforce only the cases they wont to and blow off the others. You should pay ,it is your duty to your kids....but the system is very f'd up.

I got behind also because of being layed off.I got back on my feet and caught up with child support. But I still went to jail because some dumba$$ did remove the warrant,so after borrowing $1,700.00 I got out.The following Monday I was at the warrant officers office asking him WTF was going on and he said it was a mistake.Sohe gave back the$1,700.00 in cash because they don't take a check and I was on my way. In the end I spent 18 hours in jail and lost a day of pay for someone else mistake.[:@]

Wow, lots of emotions here. I got divorced 2 years ago. Got 3 boys ages 15, 16 & 21. I have made all my support payments, but do I agree with them? Hell no. Sorry but it's just the way I was brought up. I have 4 sisters, all college educated, all professionals making between $75K-200K each. All self sufficient, but all married raising 2-3 kids each. All their husbands also work, alltwo income families. There is WAY to much emphasis on the OLD DAYS bymodern daylaws and judges.Knock, knock.........Hellllllo. Newsflash............This is NOT 1950 ANY MORE.Like it or not, roles have changed. Household tasks are shared more each year. All my brother-in-laws and myself contributed HEAVILY in cooking, cleaning, changing diapers (thousands for me), laundry, etc., etc., etc. In many cases I was left at home with my kids when my wife went out with her friends. On top of this I coached all 3 of my kids baseball, basketball and soccer teams for 13 years while my wife sat on her a$$ at the house watching Jerry Springer and eating bon-bons......flushing her career plans down the drain afterour youngestwas inschool full time. All this while I had a home business and was there for my kids every day off the school bus. Shedid not follow what we discussed when we got married. She later preferred vacationing 3 months every year with her mom in Texas.

The ex never touched our yard in 20 years. No flowers, nothing. I mowed, trimmed, edged, planted, cleaned, etc. I walked the dog every day, although after the divorce never got her one day. She embezzled money from my business, lied about any menial work she did for me. Hid money from the courts via her attorney BIL. The ex took her 4 year college degree anddays before the final hearinggot herself a job just before the judge made her. She now makes a whopping 1/5th of what I do, and Iby no means make much. Average for my education and age. Thanks to Indiana law she takes a full 1/3rd of my paycheck, and I am broke. I also got screwed by judges on 3 small claims cases with regard to my only rent house, whichsubsequently forced me to sell it. I have no respect for any judges nor attorneys, nor their laws.Respect is earned, not awarded, like theyseem to think. I hold nothing against any dad whocan't meetcourt payments until I know all the facts. Hell, my wife illegally pocketed thousands from my earnings. She should be using that to pay for my kid's expenses. I'm not going to judge other's situations.

After over a year alone, thanks god I found a gem on FriendFinder. Self-sufficient, beautiful, hard working. The same work ethics, and more, than I was raised women should have.We share the same modern times values. I am home again for the first time in 22 years. She feeds my kids healthy foods, unlike my ex's Market Day crapolla from the high school. I get my kids for 6 weeks starting Thursday! They are going to get a good lesson in the reality of 2008.

Oh, by the way, after dating the g/f for 9 months she told me she owns the compnay she works at, and it's worth over 10 million $. True. It doesn't matter to me though because I won't let her buy me anything. I actually have pride, unlike thewelfare ex.

If temporarily losing your hunting privelege for non-support is the worst problem you have thenI want your life, pay up and quit whining, you owe your kids that much. Drunk posting isn't helping your case either, seek some counseling.

I bet this douchbag thinks it's wrong that your driving license gets revoked for driving under the influence as well.

I have been paying for 10 years, and yes there are hard times, when you may fall behind on payments, but the worst thing to do is "hide" thinking they will forget, they won't. I got behind 6 years ago due to back surgury, I called them, let them know what was going on, faxed them my medical record and they reduced my payments until I was able to return to work.I agree, if you don't pay, you don't play.

gwpwaterfowler....the reason you got jumped on is because EVERYTHING IS IN CAPS, LIKE YOUR PISSED OFF!!!!! If all you wanted was an opinion on what we thought about it....ask the question, not a rant.
