Has anyone else had a problem checking to see if their permit application for the first lottery for the first firearm deer season permit has been processed

It worked fine for me yesterday...make sure the entered data is correct and hit enter on the left side of the screen.

Sometimes they go down for maintenace on their system. Maybe to add more applications that have been picked? Who knows.

I know its shut down for a while everyday. I think it only works around general business hours. Also, I had problems two years ago. Figured out I was entering one small thing wrong and when I figured that out, it worked fine. I'd just double check everything, it seems like there inquiry system has the technology from 1989, you think they could step it up a bit, I can watch pictures of my house from space on my cell phone, but the DNR can't get a decent way to access permits. Go figure.

I just used it. It indicates my applications have all beeen received and are pending. That is as good as it gets until the site shows them as ISSUED.

thanks for the replies I'm still having trouble maybe I will try tomorrow afternoon during normal hours

It is typically down from 10pm - I think 6,7 or 8am.

just checked finally got it to work my permits are pending just happy to see they got it since I didnt get my permit app til the 29 th of april. Thank goodness I have the internet
