Got woke up this morning in Central Illinois about 4:40am with the furniture shaking in the house. Reports are a earthquake at the Walbash Fault measured 5.2-5.4 in the West Salem area. Reports of it being felt in 7 states.

That was not an earthquake.

It was all of the morels mushrooms in southern Illinois popping up at the same time!

here in stl, it didnt even wake me up, and my dog went crazy, and it woke every one at school and home up

We felt it here in Southeast Mo.,about 90 miles south of St. Louis....I woke up because the large wall mirrors we have started to shake and rattle,my youngest Daughter ran into our bed room saying that her bed started to shake!I was told there was a small tremor/after-shock later on at around 10:20 AM.
