TX from State of Illinois

I got home from work yesterday and had a message from the state of Illinois to please fill out my survey and send it back.. Funny thing is I never have got one from them!! Walt

That's easy to explain. Blago had to take the funds to print the surveys to finance pension funds & welfare.
