I knew the NR IL rates would continue to rise so before I moved to In. I bought a Lifetime license, paid for itself the first year. However now with so many NR's cheating the system if you bought a Lifetime license after 2006 it is no longer valid if you move out of state.

If it makes you guy's feel better a Sponsored Deer tag costs $1400 in Montana
