Just reported, a shooting at Northern Illinois University, multiple injuries, I haven't heard of any fatalities. Prayers for everyone and their families.

I just saw that also. That is just crazy! Something is wrong with students these days. This is just going to fuel the anti-gun propaganda in chicago.

I heard on the news that they said he has a shotgun, glock and another pistol. I liked how they singled out the word "glock" I guess they will have special laws now regarding glocks.

my brother was in class when it happened.he was a ways down the hall but could still hear the shots. they had him in lockdown for 2 hours. he called me to let me know he was ok and to have me tell the familly that the gun man cant get in his room because of the doors locked. i could hear alot of girls screaming and crying in the background and then we got disconected because the police were scrambling the phonelines for emergancy lines only.thanks god he didnt get hurt. i dont undderstand people like that!!take your own life. i dont care but why take a bunch of others while at it.

have any of you seen a huge increase in school shooting also? i have seen 3 in the last two months.

Glad to here that your Brother is ok , I just don't understand what the HELL is going on with these Kids now Days !!!!

I live near Portsmouth Ohio and there is a Notre Dame elementry school here. Some guy came into his wifes classromm and stabbed her and then tried to shoot her right in front of the classroom. He luckly just grazed her cheek with the 3 gun shots then fled on foot. The police got him confined in his house where he eventually committed suicide. He had also stabbed another lady before going to the school. The only good thing about all this is both woman are still alive and out of ICU now and he is 6 feet under.
