"Hunt of a Lifetime" Benefit Shoot
 

Saturday March 8th, 2008[/b]
Capitol Archery will host a fundraiser for [/b]
HUNT OF A LIFETIME FOUNDATION, INC[/b].
A nonprofit organization that brings hunting and fishing dream adventures true for youngsters 21 & under who have been diagnosed with life threatening illnesses.

OUR GOAL IS TO SEND ONE OF THEIR RECIPIENTS ON THE HUNT OF THEIR DREAMS. HOW CAN YOU HELP? DONATIONS OF RESOURCES, SERVICES, EVEN FREQUENT FLYER MILES ARE GLADLY ACCEPTED, AS WELL AS FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS.

Our indoor range is being made available to this organization because of our desire to preserve our hunting heritage by introducing this fine sport to our youth, but more importantly[/b] because this organization is helping those dreams come true for youngsters who may otherwise never have this opportunity. And we believe in doing all we can to help.

Shooting starts at noon and will run until all have completed.

Anyone who can make this event please do so. It is a great cause. I'm about 6 hours away and won't miss it.

We are gonna love to have ya.... Rumors are flying about who is coming and it should be a great turnout..... We are still looking for a large closed wall tent to set up in our parking lot. Any leads on this would be appreciated.......

This is coming up fast, gonna be a busy, busy week getting ready for this one. We still have 3 large bales that need to be restuffed. What a job that is.

Anyone need raffle tickets? We will be running one large 50/50 as well as hourly 50/50's.

Prize raffles and of course the bow raffles.

There will be hotdogs, chips and pop for $5 in the tent.

Anyone that has Capitol Archery shirts and wants to bowl on Sunday for another young man that is terminal, let us know. This should be a great time as well.......

Also, we are working on getting a film crew in for this event. We would like to be able to send it to families that were not able to make it.

Hey... MadLib Films is coming they are going to do a documantary type shoot of the event. Private DVD so to speak. Should be a great time.

One more day to go. The course is set, the floors are cleaned, I am tired as heck. didn't get out of there 'till 2:30 this morn and I am off to work now. Ugh!
