I hunted in Vernon county and shot a small 8 pointer opening morning. Saw about 10 deer there in 2 days, but here in portage Co. I didnt see a single deer while i was hunting in 5 or 6 days.

Slow here in Central WI. I hunt in Marathon County, in the group of 5, we shot one doe and this buck, that I got.

We had the worst season ever... My dad and brother hunted up in bayfield county and dad never seen a deer in 7 days and my brother passed up a little buck on opening morning and never seen another buck.. I passed up 2 little bucks and shot a doe.. It sucked... Hopefully others had better luck.. Not sure what is going on in WI lately but it isnt good, at least in my area..
