indiana deer shutdown?
 

I have been out past two days and havent seen anything but the two I jumped walking to stand. Anyone else thinking they arent moving?

well since nov 5th i havewent out five time three time i saw nothing twice both 55+days saw alot one day 12 deer total the other 20 der total 12 at once

Last couple nights i have been out i have seen several. I spooked about 8 on the way back to the truck tonight. I got down a tad early becuase i wanted to drive around and check the back road by where i hunt becuase i seen 2 nice bucks in the field there on Thanksgiving. Sure enough, i seen one of em in the same field not 10 yards from the road. There must have been 15 in that field alone and 10 more in the field on the other side. Also had a 6 point with a hurt back leg limp across the road in front of me.

I haven't been hunting since Friday, but they were moving around like crazy that whole morning. One of my friends shot a nice doe at 3pm that afternoon, said he had deer moving since he got in stand at 1pm.

Yesterday my buddy and his dad went hunting, didn't see a thing in the morning...yet heard a bunch of shots and saw a guy loading up a deer acrossed the road from them. Not sure about the afternoon and this morning, haven't talked to him since.

With this cold weather finally coming in the deer should be moving hard.
