Who is going to the Illinois Deer Classic?
 

I just wondered, haven't been to a deer classic in several years myself but may go to Bloomington this yr. to see the heads and products.

Ill be there, we always make a day of it for the seminars and cant come home without a case of the Buck Head Seasoning we get there every year.

Haven't missed it in over 5 years!! Certainly can't start now.

And like lady, there is always a stop at the Buckhead Booth!! Have you ever made jerky out of that stuff? WOW My dad made some with that and some soy, and it was the best stuff I have ever had!!

We typically like going in on Sunday morning, that way we can see more deer heads. And if you hang out long enough, you can catch some of these guys selling there stuff cheaper so that they don't have to haul it home!!

IL-BOW-MAN; We typically go on sundays also. You are right about the Buck Head Jerky its AWESOME!!! I run a resturant and took a bag of Buck Head Venison Jerky I made to the employees and now they beg for more, one offered me $10.00 to make them another sandwich baggie of it, they love it.
Will you be working at the IBS Booth again this year? If so well stop by and say hello.

I work Fri, Sat, Sun every other weekend, but not that one. So... sunday it is. i had to much fun last year to not go again.

I will definatly be there it is about a 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive but I wouldn't miss it for anything. I plan on going on Saturday (if they let me off work) otherwise it will be Friday and Sunday! Can't wait!

Lady, I am the one that was working at the IBS booth last year. I am not sure but I will probably be there again this year. Sounds like I will have to stop by buck head seasoning from your and Ill bow mans comments.

the buckhead boothe is deffinatley worth the stop. THey even grill up some samples, so you can test it. good stuff!!

Sorry for the mistake in Identity ILL-BUCK,Ill still stop by and say hello. Try the free samples at the Buck Head booth, they grill up free samples of venison, chicken etc, if theyed let him my 13 year old son would stay in front of their booth eating all the samples all day.:)
IL-BOW-MAN; I bought cases of both the Marinade and the shaker seasoning, and they did give me a small discount. I told them last year that their product made the best venison jerky weve ever had and they told me that they had never known anyone that used it to make jerky and asked me how I did it, I was suprised by this, heck they could make a killing $$$$$ in the jerky market with their product.
I used some of their products as Christmas gifts and even gave a bottle of marinade and sharker seasoning to the people that put on the Ladies Only Bowhunt I go on every year at Hunting Unlimited as part of a Thankyou gift.

I usually go but I won a little Jackpot at Treasure Island in Vegas last March (we went there for our anniversary) & they sent me a FREE 5 night stay with food & entries in two $100,000 slot tournaments.
What would you do? I just had to get my plane tickets-EVERYTHING" else is free. I think they want their money back.
Enjoy the classic-Valentines Day in Vegas for us.

It's the same weekend as the UBI banquet in Springfield. So no, I won't be attending.
