ILL 2nd lottery gun tags...
 

I have still not recieved my IL gun tags from the second lottery. I was just wondering if anybody else had either recieved them or are still waiting. Plenty of time before I have to start to worry. Now if only the temps would get back to a normal state I would like to get out with the bow...

Not sure if it's called the second lottery or not. But, I checked the DNR web site and seen I got a draw for my second season only permit. A either sex permit. Have you checked DNR's web site??

I havent gotten my land owner permits yet. But i think they should be here in the next week or so. It does seem kinda late. I wonder if they came and my dad just never told me.

Hey tremolo, not to far away, just west of county farm off of pawnee. My buddy told me that he got his tags last week so when I got home from work last night I started to check around my wifes mail piles and low and behold I find my tags on the counter under a pile of bills. They probably arrived some time in the last week. I am hoping to get over to cabelas on Sat. as Ireally need a new broadhead target. Can't wait til next weekend to finally get out to one on my stands and do some hunting...

What archery pro shop do you use? I have been trying to find a good place that i can trust and has a range.

I have been lucky and and have not needed to take my bow in anyplace for service. It shoots quick and clean and any small adjustsments I can make myself. I keep thinking that I should have it restringed but that would have to be done after the season is over, but for now if it isn't broke don't fix it. Also I do all of my practicing athome. Get some funny looks fromsome people but they'll get over it. Did you get your paper tuning problem solved?
