Michigan Opener UGH!
 

I went out hunting with RDHunter yestarday and the weather was great. Light south wind, 55 degrees but, no stars. Got set up an hour b4 daybreak and had ayearling out front and 2 does to the right. At 8:30 the rain started, wind picked up, thunder and lightning. At 11:30 I climbed out of the woods soaked. Got my clothes dried and the rain stopped about 1:30. Back to the woods, blue skies and a south wind. 4:30, round 2, Downpour. I sat until 6:30 and climbed out, soaked again. It rained all the way home and well after dark. I did see Noah loading the Ark yesterday and I believe he took the big buck :D.

I am so with you. I took the day off to hunt and sat in the rain all day. What a waste. Well, I guess not, it beat being at work. Still stunk!

Crap weather! It rained at the best times of the day. One word.....Wet.

My buddy called last night from Marquette and said there was one less doe in Marquette county.
