Illinois bowhunters

I got my rules and regulations book from the Walmart last night. I read it from cover to cover several times and did not see anything on electronic calls or decoys. Does this mean we can use them this year?

I'd check with your local CO. Illinois reg books aren't always the best source on everything. It can be wrong, vague, and incomplete.

I have never used them but to my understanding they have always been legal.
