Not sure, look at dnr website and get the phone number and give 'em a call. they were plenty helpful to me the other day...(By the way, it was the first time they've ever been very friendly or helpful).

According to the permit application form the deadline is today.

yeah it just says pending because the Second drawing hasnt happened yet. just want to know when the second drwawing is. thats all. i have looked all over dnr site and cant find anything(doesnt mean i didnt miss it).
