appeared in the 2005 list for Macoupin county, wonder if they are any relation to state senator Deanna Demuzio from Carlinville Il (Macoupin County).

I called Demuzio's office and apparentlyBlake & BradDemuzioare related to our state senator.

the problem is if you look at the officials involved, they are some of the reps and senators who strongly support our 2nd ammendment rights. This is pretty much the only reason I voted for Demuzio last election. Phelps is a strong supporter of the 2nd ammdmnt also.

Senator Demuzio just returned my call. shetold me that she had not been aware of the situation of her son appearing on the list of "specialy obtained" permits. She told me her son gave his application and check to an employee of the DNR that he knows to have it processed, she said he never had any intent of obtaining special treatment & that she had no knowledge of any of this until she called him today to find out why his name appeared on the list.

We spoke for about 20 minutes, i mentioned the assault weapons ban and she said they think they have it beat but it will be very close.

This goes on in every state.......................This has been going on alot longer than Rod has been in office............Check other states before you point fingers.

I'd be supprised if you get any replies. Federal prosecutor should put this on his list.....but then again it's probably somehow legal,allthough not ethical.

Does that make it right?
