TAR-HUNT DSG 12GA SLUG GUN FOR SALE
 

The "DSG" designation refers to the fact that Tar-Hunt fits a 'non-removable' (except by gunsmith) custom fit Shaw rifled slug barrel to the gun's Remington 870 Magnumreceiver. This barrel is not field stripable and has a one-to-one fit with the receiver for the best possible accuracy. The barrelhas a matte black metal finish, measures 23 inches in length isfitted with a muzzle brake. Italso has a trigger job andleupold scope mounts drilled and tapped to the receiver. This gun shoots 1.5 inch groups using Remington core lokt sabot slugs. I killed a 160" class lower Michigan Monsterwhitetail at 171 yards this past year. The reason I'm selling this gun is because I moved to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and can use my high powered rifles up here. Awesome shooting gun for someone who has to hunt in a shotgun restricted zone. I paid $900 for it 3 years ago and will sell it for $600 delivered with a plastic hard case.Great condition!!

Hey Uncle Matt,

I do have a leupold 3-9 vari x3with the mil. dot reticle mounted on it, but I am too fond of it, and will be putting it on my new .308. So to answer your question, no, the gun doesn'thave a scope on it, but it does come with the leupold rings. Thanks for the Interest!..DREW
