Just curious to where you hunt in western wisconsin and what season you have, and if you have heard any gobblin or have seen them struttin yet!

No quite in Wisc. In Owatonna, MN about 40 miles west of Rochester, MN. Last two weeks for me(archery) And yes saw about 20 turkeys and two toms were following them in full strut. That was about a week ago.

There were gobbin in se wisconsin and struttin....called in a couple to 40 yards

North by shawano dad called in a few from a ways out....went into a semi strut

Hunt in the Black River Falls/Hatfield area. will be going up for the 3rd period. Havent been able to get out and scout the turkeys. Will be taken my shotgun, and hoyt bow see what i can do.

Me and my kids have the last 3 seasons. We hunt in Zone 7 mostly. Have a little land in zone 39 also will get a extra tag for this this week. We got 3 turkeys last spring. Hopefully it goes as good this year.

I was out listening this morning in zone 39. heard a few but did not see many.I thought it would not be very good with the east wind.
