Found my first shed of the season yesterday. Nothing big, but evidence that they have started here in Illinois. I have found them as early February 7th but it seems to me the Magic dates are anywhere between Mid March into April.

They have been dropping for quite sometime here in wi my brother shot what he thought was a big doe in the first week of jan and it wound up being a buck that already dropped and was already dried blood on its head.

Found three more today. All within 100 yrds of each other in awinter wheat field along a honey suckle thicket.Two more forks and a nice 70 inch 6. Wish I had the other side of that one.
