I am south of you in Unionville, which is just east of Brookport. I have a good friend from work who did live close to Creal Springs, but now lives in Reevesville. I own an Archery/Taxidermy shop in Unionville.

Thats where I live Creal Springs but its closer to Marion.

Hobbes I hunt around Vienna and I have been looking for an archery shop around there for last couple of years and couldnt find one, been having to go all the way to Dunns in KY. to get what I needed.
The next time Im around I will check your place out. Im assuming Unionville is in Union County close to Anna.

I live near Carbondale, IL but hunt a little further west of there, about half way between Carbondale and Chester. Love it, it don't get much better in my opinion. Anybody ever heard of the Jacob deer rut.

The deer rut is the states (Illinois) largest deer contest. People from all over mostly southern Illinois enter it. They give out prizes to the top 20 bucks (they judge by weight) you usually have to have a 185lbs deer completly dressed to even get in the top 20 and the give prizes to the top 5 does. They usually have about 450 people give or take a few enter it. They have awsome prizes. This year the biggest buck was 223lbs and the biggest doe was 133. By the way this is just for the deer taken in the two shotgun seasons.

I live just north of you in Franklin County. I use to know a fella down your way, last name Lennon,had a son named Clay. Bucky10, strange, I've never heard of that Jacob rut contest. Do you know what the entry fee is.
