call the dnr they will hook you up with area people who would be glad to let you hunt or advise you on public hunting areas that are available to you.

Yes, contact the ODNR. They can provide you with a list of farmers/landowners who have applied for deer damage permits, by county. This list includes names and addresses, and how many acres they own. This may get your foot in the door with people who are already trying to slim down the population of deer on their properties.
