How much does land go for around NE Wisconsin just woundering what you guy are seeing for prices.:eek:

I was looking in the Shawano, Oconto Co. area and found it from $1800 to $4000/ac. the majority I would say is in the $2500-$2800/ac. range.

My dad's buddy is selling land in north central wi. for something around 1400 an acre.

My Neighbor is selling some land for $45,000. Its 20 acres i believe but its awesome hunting. When he was logging it he seen over 10 big bucks and a few smaller ones and lots of doe's.

My local paper had 120 acres with a cabin for just under 300K, that was just north of the WI Dells area. I know that isn't quite where you were thinking, but I figured it couldnt hurt. Good luck findin some cheap land.
