Honkers flying north in Jan?
 
I saw it saturday and thaught i had lost my mind! Its some kind of winter aint it?I dont care for any more cold,deer seasion is done and im waiting for turkey seasion.

I find that usually the geese don't fly South any further than they need to. I think as long as the water isn't iced over they stay. I have 500+ just hanging around the ponds where I live right now.....

A lot of the Canadian geese quit going any further south than Illinois decades ago. I'm used to seeing them fly every which way nowdays.
